Responsibilities

· Develop and manage initial design concepts and branding strategies in conjunction with owner requirements and project market position.

· Develop, coordinate, and manage construction documents, specifications and finishes in accordance with the established construction sequences.

· Direct construction administration activities including submittal review, construction coordination and closeout.

· Prepare presentation materials utilizing various graphic tools including Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and hand drawings.

· Be in constant communication with senior management & project team with respect to budget and schedule.

· Work with in-house 3D Artists, Architects, and Construction Experts to create dynamic and creative projects in the hospitality and entertainment industry.

· Demonstrated computer and hand drawing (sketching) proficiency.

· Working knowledge of various software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, Google Sketchup

· Must have a strong knowledge of all aspects related to Design including conceptual skills, code compliance, material selection, FF&E selection, and specifications.

· Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, handling sensitive information concerning both the Company and its clients.

· Adept at multi-tasking, with exceptional organizational skills as well as a highly developed sense of design.

· Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office Suite; Photoshop, & Sketchup

· Must have a strong technical interior design background and knowledge in reviewing interior design documents.

· Must have knowledge of code compliances related to Interior Design.

· Must have a minimum of 8 years of verifiable experience in commercial interior design, preferably with experience in Casino and Hospitality Design.

Education & Licensure

· Must have a design degree in Interior Design and/or Interior Architecture.

· NCIDQ certification preferred.
