Senior Vice President of Compliance
Kim McCabe-Ward oversees gaming regulatory compliance at Marnell Gaming Management, including company-owned operations and casino operations under consulting or management agreements. With over 30 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, she has held senior roles in compliance, IT compliance, surveillance, and internal audit across multi-jurisdictional organizations.
Her career includes serving as:
• Senior Vice President of Compliance for a multi-jurisdictional gaming company
• Corporate Vice President of Internal Audit for all Caesars Entertainment properties
• Consulting Director at a national CPA firm
• Executive leader at Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVSC) for over 13 years, where she played a key role in licensing and launching casino operations in the U.S. and Asia
At LVSC, Kim held multiple executive positions, including:
• Corporate Vice President of Compliance
• Executive Director of IT Business Solutions
• Executive Director of Casino Marketing Administration
• Corporate Director of Internal Audit
In these roles, she led initiatives in corporate compliance, IT development, casino marketing, surveillance, and internal audit. Earlier in her career, she spent over five years with the State of Nevada Gaming Control Board.
Kim is also the founder of KMC, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in compliance, audit, and performance improvement. She has designed and implemented compliance programs and internal control systems, with expertise in:

• Compliance
• US and International anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism
She has helped clients remediate fines and indictments from agencies such as FinCEN and the Department of Justice.
Accreditation
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Las Vegas. She is a Nevada Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
