Chief Human Resources Officer

Ms. Antoneas is responsible for the leadership and oversight of Human Resources for Marnell Gaming Management including owned operations,  as well as tribal casino operations that would be under consulting or management agreements. She  joined the company in 2007 as Vice President Human Resources for Colorado Belle, Edgewater, and M Resort until 2016. She was subsequently retained by the company as a Human Resources consultant and supported clients in other industries such as Financial Services, Apparel, Non-Profit and Healthcare.

In 2023, she assumed the role of VP Human Resources for Marnell Gaming Management where she served until recently when she was promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer. Kathy has over 30 years of experience in the Gaming and Hospitality Industry. She has held a variety of senior HR roles including  Regional Vice President HR Harrah’s, and Corporate SVP HR Caesars Entertainment encompassing domestic and global responsibilities.

‍Kathy attended executive development programs at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, and the Levinson Leadership Institute.
