Eataly LV is an upscale Italian food market located within the Park MGM Hotel & Casino located on the Las Vegas Blvd. The 40,000sf market includes multiple food venues ranging from stand-alone ‘restaurantinis’ to traditional restaurants and bars. Merchandise, including Italian fare and wines, is also offered throughout the venue.  The design of the space is reminiscent of European train stations and provides an authentic backdrop for the marketplace. A high volume space with perimeter clerestory glazing provides a central Piazza within the venue.

The venue also functions as the hotel casino’s front door to the Las Vegas Strip with large expanses of glass and multiple pedestrian access points and patios. Retro Italian carts serve food & beverage offerings on the pedestrian Plaza outside of the venue along the heavily traveled Strip.
