President of Marnell Properties Steering Committee Member
Mr. Schnepf joined Marnell Companies in 2001, bringing with him over 20 years experience. He serves as president of Marnell Properties, a real estate development and management company, which focuses on the acquisition, development and management of commercial real estate holdings. Brad is also member of the Marnell Companies Steering Committee which provides direction and oversight to the various business units of the Marnell Companies.
Accreditation
Mr. Schnepf attended Arizona State University, is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and the Las Vegas Founders Club. He is a board member of Child Haven “Through the Eyes of a Child” Foundation, a member of the National Council of Trustees for the National Jewish Medical and Research Center, and a candidate with Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
