Mr. Kowalski is responsible for the oversight of all critical aspects of the projects from due diligence through construction, including constructability assessments, scheduling and cost/budget management. Ronald recently joined Marnell Companies and has extensive experience working for national companies on large Hospitality and Commercial projects including Hotels, High-Rise Condo, Large Scale Retail Complexes, Office and Commercial Mixed-Use Developments.
Accreditation
Mr. Kowalski is a graduate of Milwaukee Institute of Technology with an Associate of Science Degree in Structural and Civil Engineering and is a graduate of University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He is a licensed General Contractor in the States of California and Florida, and is a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council. He is also a member of PMI (Project Management Institute), American Association of Civil Engineers, Urban Land Institute and U.S. Green Building Council.
