Since 1986, Mr. Barrett has served as an Officer and a Board of Directors Member for Marnell Companies. He is responsible for Finance, Treasury and Risk Management activities. Jay is also an Marnell Companies Steering Committee member, which provides direction and supervision to all business units of the Marnell Companies. In addition, Mr. Barrett serves as the Manager of Austi, LLC, the Marnell Family's private investment firm, and is CFO and Director of TRIRIGA, Inc.
Mr. Barrett practiced public accounting from 1973 to 1986, specializing in the Construction and Hotel Casino Industries. He was President, Co-Founder and Board of Directors member for the Rio Hotel & Casino, Inc. and its subsidiaries from 1986 to 1999.

Mr. Barrett is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.
