Vice President of Real Estate Construction Operations Committee Member
As Vice President of Real Estate Construction, Mr. Spainhour manages and oversees all of Marnell Properties developments from Tenant Improvements to ground up new building construction. Mike's 25 years of experience in development and construction is a valuable asset to the Company. Prior to his role with Marnell Properties, he served as Vice President of Construction with Marnell Corrao Associates. Mike is a member of the Marnell Companies Operations Committee which provides operational oversight to the various business units of the Marnell Family of Companies.
Accreditation
Mr. Spainhour attended the University of Arkansas and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. Mike represents the Company on the UNLV Construction Management Advisory Board and the Carpenters Union Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Opportunity Village, a local non-profit organization serving the intellectually challenged.
